Life & Accidental Death Insurance
Life insurance protection for you and your loved ones, at one-times annual salary and accidental death at two-times annual salary at no cost to you.
Supplemental Retirement Savings Plan
A supplement to pension benefits through a 401(k) plan, which allows you to save a portion of income, tax-deferred, which includes a matching contribution.
Tuition Reimbursement Program
Our educational support program to provide assistance to you should you wish to further your education. Scholarship programs are also available.
Disability
Sick time accrual is available for short-term illnesses and long-term disability coverage is available to you at no cost.
Voluntary Benefits

Travel Benefit
Augusta Health has partnered with Travel Counselors, Inc., a travel agency in Harrisonburg, VA which has been operating this program throughout the state of Virginia for 25 years. This program operates on a cooperative basis, allowing individuals to take advantage of group pricing and is available to employees, their families and friends.
