Diabetes Support

Our Mission is to assist those with diabetes in learning the skills and knowledge necessary to successfully manage their diabetes, improve quality of life with diabetes, and be free of the physical and emotional complications related to this disease. Diabetes is manageable and prople with diabetes can lead healthy and happy lives.

All are welcome! No registration required. No charge to attend.

The 4th Tuesday of each month, 5:30pm - 6:30pm
