Mini Triathlon
Lifetime Fitness is having a Spring 2010 Mini Triathlon
It will take place on Saturday, April 10th, beginning at 7:30am. The Mini Triathlon will consist of a 300M Swim in Lifetime's pool, 8 Mile Ride in Lifetime's cycling studio and a 1.5 Mile Run on Augusta Health's campus (weather permitting). Run will be inside if necessary.
This is a great event for anyone training for the triathlon season or for someone looking for a fun challenge in their workout routine.
The cost is $22 for Lifetime Fitness members, $28 for Lifetime Fitness non-members. We also offer the option of relays, consisting of 2 or 3 people competing on a team. The cost is $38 for a Lifetime Fitness member relay and $44 for a Lifetime Fitness non-member relay.
All participants will receive an aluminum Augusta Health Water Bottle!
Prizes will be awarded for Best Overall Male, Best Overall Female, and Biggest Improvement since our Previous Triathlon.
