Virginia Wounded Warrior Program

In response to the growing need to improve and expand services to our veteran's and service members, the Virginia General Assembly established the Virginia Wounded Warrior Program in 2008. It is operated by the Virginia Department of Veterans Services in cooperation with the Department of Behavioral Health and Development Services and the Department of Rehabilitative Services/Woodrow Wilson Rehabilitation Center (WWRC).

Classes Offered by the Blue Ridge Chapter of the American Red Cross

The Blue Ridge Chapter of the American Red Cross is sponsoring FREE one hour modules for families caring for at-home loved ones. Also being offered are Adult, Child and Infant CPR, First Aid and Instructor courses. All classes held at the Blue Ridge Chapter of the American Red Cross, 331 N. Central Avenue, Staunton, VA. Pre-registration is required.
