Spa Etiquette


We ask that you try to schedule your appointments at least one week in advance. We will accommodate same-day appointments whenever possible. We do maintain a waiting list in case one of our therapists or aestheticians has a cancellation.

Running Late?

We understand that life is full of unexpected delays. We will gladly perform your service in the remaining time allocated for your appointment. However, in order to meet all our clients' needs, we must remain on schedule. In fairness to both yourself and others, if you are running 15 minutes or more behind, we appreciate it if you reschedule your appointment for another time.


We respectfully request a 24-hour notice when you have to cancel your appointment, since your service is personalized specifically for you.


Gratuities are given at the discretion of the client. The highest compliment we can receive is for you to please let other people hear of the relaxing experience you received at our spa.
