Augusta Health's Lifetime Fitness Center offers a variety of wellness and fitness programs to provide the community with a facility that enables individuals to improve their overall health.
Explore our group classes and personal training. However you want to pursue your fitness goals, we have a way to achieve optimal results. Our services integrate physician referrals for physical and occupational therapies, cardiac rehabilitation, and oncology services as our patients become fit and regain their health.
Our staff is trained in CPR, AED and First Aid, and includes nationally certified personal trainers, fitness and aqua instructors, a registered dietitian, an exercise physiologist, massage therapists, licensed manicure and pedicure professionals, tennis and racquetball pros, lifeguards and many other professionals who create a welcoming and safe environment for our members.
