Located in the Lifetime Education building (adjacent to the Lifetime Fitness Center), the Courtyard offers a wide variety of deli sandwiches, pizzas, gourmet Italian sandwiches grilled to order on our panini grill, Smoothees and espresso beverages made with Starbucks® espresso. Every item is made fresh to order, and even though we're associated with Augusta Health's Lifetime Fitness Center, we're not a health food store. Instead we prefer to take a healthy approach to the ingredients and preparation of our menu, proving that you can eat out and eat modern, without having to face the fat. There's no deep frying whatsoever. What we do cook, we bake using as few oils as possible, especially with our pizzas. Our Smoothees are primarily 100% pureed fruit, although we do add low fat yogurt and protein supplements for those who are willing to walk the line.
