Cardio
All of these classes have a big emphasis on cardio, but also incorporate strength and balance movements.
Aqua Express
This is a purely cardio, class! The movements within this class are great for toning and are not stressful on your joints! No Swimming Required. Length: 45 minutes
Aqua Power
This cardio respiratory workout is aerobically challenging! NO STRESS to your joints! Powerful movements! Great toning exercises!! Includes some strengthening exercises as well. No Swimming Required. Length: 55 minutes
Deep Water Conditioning
We are very proud to introduce the suspended deep water aqua workout using Aqua Jogging belts. This workout will challenge even the most fit of individuals, with no stress on the joints of the body. Deep water work, swimming is not required, but is a plus. Length: 55 minutes
Aqua Boot Camp
The newest addition to our aqua class family. Aqua Boot Camp will offer a variety of class styles, including circuit, interval, endurance and strength. The use of equipment will intensify the workout! As with all classes you have the freedom to work at a level that you are comfortable with. Length: 55 minutes
Aqua Lite
Cross over class between Range of Motion and Aqua Power. Light cardio workout as well as flexibility training. Great for those with medical conditions! No Swimming Required. Length: 45 minutes
Balance & Flexibility
Range of Motion (ROM)
These full body workouts will move you in all directions giving you better flexibility and a fuller range of motion. Perfect for those with arthritis, body aches and pains and rehabilitating injuries. No Swimming Required. Length: 45 minutes
Aqua Stretch
This class will be held in the therapy pool for January 2012 to offer members a great way to stretch and the major muscle groups and relax! Length: 45 minutes
