Cardio
Young at Heart
A great cardio class for the beginner, or those with age, weight, and/or physical limitations. No fast or hard moves, features low impact aerobic moves. Lots of fun! Length: 55 minutes
Cardio/Body Sculpt
A strength-based class mixed with body sculpting equipments such as dumbbells, exercise balls, and weighted bars. A great 45 minute workout!
BODYCOMBAT™
This Les Mills class is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Driving music to punch, kick and kata your way to a healthier you. Length: 60 minutes
Triple Fusion
This 90 minute class is a combination of three types of classes-it will be the ultimate fitness challenge! You will do a BODYCOMBAT™ class for 30 minutes, followed by Boot Camp for 30 minutes, and finish off with Muscle Work for the last 30 minutes. Boot Camp and Muscle Work may be combined as well. Come mix it up with us and give your whole body a fabulous workout!
Boot Camp
A great full body workout, Boot Camp will definitely challenge even the toughest athletes. This class incorporates cardio and strength by doing a variety of sports conditioning exercises. Length: 60 minutes
Step 2 It
Step is making a come back! High energy choreographed cardio class using a Reebok Step. This class will also shape your glutes, quads and hamstrings. Length: 45-55 minutes
Strength
Body Sculpt
A non-cardio, strength training class. The instructor will take you through a series of exercises using a variety of resistance equipment including weighted bars, dumbbells and fit balls while working each major muscle group. Will benefit all fitness levels and will increase balance and flexibility. Length: 55 minutes (45 minutes in am)
Muscle Pump
This class will offer a structured weight-training program that offers you a total body workout in 55 minutes. It is a muscular endurance class at its very best!
Rep Reebok
This is the latest strength training program for Reebok which takes you through a series of exercises per muscle group using weights and bars. Length: 55 minutes
Kettlebells
An Awesome body building and fat burning workout! You will use Russian style Kettlebells to sculpt and tone your body as well as improve flexibility, functionality, core strength and stamina. Length: 55 minutes
Functional Fitness
This excellent class works on body balance and stability. We use moves that you use each and every day to live your life to the fullest. This class will help with core strength, balance, bone density and injury recovery. Length: 45 minutes
Pilates
Core training exercise originating from Joseph Pilates, designed to strengthen the core and surrounding areas and lengthen the spine! Length: 45 minutes
Guts & Butts
Designed to concentrate on the glutes, abdominals and lower back. Length: 30- 45 minutes
Dance
Zumba
A fun new way to get a great workout! Zumba combines different Latin dance moves and core movements to give you a full body workout! This is not your traditional workout… it's more of a party, but you will definitely still feel the results! Length: 45 minutes
Cycling
Endurance Ride
This class will offer you a mid-high aerobic workout with threshold training. How far you can go?
Interval Training
This class will offer you low, mid, high aerobic training with anaerobic and strength intervals..
