Please remember that any changes to your membership account require a 30 day written notice. We process billing on the 1st of each month, so any changes must be received by the 1st of the month prior. For instance, if you would like to freeze your account beginning on March 1st, please visit Membership Services to fill out the appropriate paperwork by Feb 1st. Thank you.
Members are sometimes unable to use their membership for various reasons, so you may freeze your account for 1-3 consecutive months on these terms:
If you're unable to use the Fitness Center due to an upcoming surgery or other medical condition, you may place your account on medical hold under these terms:
The Lifetime Center at August Health offers notary services in the Business Office between 11 am - 2 pm, Monday through Friday. Please note that notary service is not available on the first day of the month, due to our billing process.
