Crossroads mental health unit provides inpatient nursing and psychological care to adult psychiatric and dual diagnosis (mental health and substance abuse) patients.

Our Crossroads facility offers:

• Inpatient Mental Health Unit
• Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
• Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
• Outpatient Appointments for Individual, Family and Group Therapy

Call us if you, a family member, or friend is experiencing:

• Persistent feelings of sadness, anxiety, hopelessness or helplessness
• Thoughts of death or suicide
• Increased or decreased energy levels
• Sleep disturbances
• Loss of interest in activities that were once pleasurable
• Difficulty with concentration or making decisions
• Increased Appetite agitation and/or restlessness
• Change in hygiene or grooming habits
• Distorted thinking, increased fears
