- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
- 1-2 years experience in Recruiting &/or Onboarding support role
- Experience with HRIS systems and resume databases
- Public facing customer service experience preferred
- Registered Respiratory Therapist preferred. CRT may be considered.
- One year experience preferred.
- State License required with Commonwealth of Virginia Board of Medicine.
- Sign-On Bonus Potential
- $10,000 sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates
- Must be an RN licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia
- Minimum of one (1) year of RN experience required
- Must be licensed (or license eligible)as an RN in Commonwealth of VA
- BSN requited
- 5 years' experience as Hospice RN
- 3 years' experience in Hospice Leadership
- Relocation Assistance provided
