Description
In this dynamic, 3-part class, you will learn about topics including the disease process of diabetes, blood glucose testing, diabetes medications, carbohydrate counting, meal planning, dining out, exercise, and preventing complications from diabetes.

- Workshop 2 Meal Plans & Dining Out: Jan 13th (Wed) 10:30-11:30 am
- Workshop 3 Technology & Activity: Jan 20th (Wed) 10:30-11:30 am
