A Little Resistance

Fridays 4pm – 5pm June 4 – 25

Learning the body mechanics of resistance training from a young age can improve fitness over a lifetime. Kids will learn how their bodies can move under light resistance training. All sessions will be led by certified personal trainers Eddie Wallace and Molly Foster. For ages 6-11 years old. Cost is $40/child. Activities will include

  • Bodyweight movements
  • Small handweights
  • Light kettlebells
  • TRX training
