Young at Heart
A great class for the beginner, or those with age, weight, physical limitations, or those looking for an easy to follow cardio workout. This class includes basic moves such as grapevines, hamstring curls, knee lifts and V-steps. Class pace will vary depending on instructor. No hard moves, just A LOT OF FUN! Length: 55minutes
This Les Mills class is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness. Total time 60 minutes
A non-cardio, strength training class. The instructor will take you through a series of exercises using a variety of resistance equipment including weighted bars, dumbbells and fit balls while working each major muscle group. Will benefit all fitness levels and will increase balance and flexibility. 45- 55 minutes (see schedule for specifics)
Cardio / Body Sculpt
This class combines the energy of Body Sculpt with a splash of cardio. Format will vary a little depending on instructor. A great way to get your cardio and strength in a 55 minute workout!
Step Express & Core
This is a 30-35 minute step class designed to get your heart pumping and just when you think you are done, your instructor will lead you through 15-20 minutes of non-stop core training. You won't want to miss it! Only want to do the core portion? Feel free to join us for the last 15-20 minutes. Total time 55 minutes
Core training exercise originating from Joseph Pilates, designed to strengthen the core and surrounding areas and lengthen the spine!! 45 minutes
PiYo combines the strength of Pilates with the flexibility of Yoga and speeds everything up—including your results—by introducing you to dynamic, flowing sequences that can burn serious calories. 45 minutes (also offered in the specialty studio)
A fun new way to get a great workout! Zumba combines different Latin dance moves and core movements to give you a full body workout! This is not your traditional workout… it's more of a party, but you will definitely still feel the results! 45 minutes
This class combines everything you love about Zumba with the added benefit of light/moderate strength work utilizing hand weight and/or bands. Total class time 55 minutes
This excellent class works on body balance and stability. We use moves that you use each and every day to live your life to the fullest. This class will help with core strength, balance, bone density and injury recovery. 45 minutes

This class will offer you a mid-high aerobic workout with threshold training. How far you can go?
This class will offer you low, mid, high aerobic training with anaerobic and strength intervals.
Instructor’s Choice Ride
This ride is completely up to the instructor. You may get intervals or endurance or a combination of both. Who knows, Race Day could be just around the corner. Participants are guaranteed a great workout!
