  1. Click on the notifications settings tab.
  2. Select how you would like to be notified and click save.

How to update your personal and contact information?

  1. By clicking my profile you can edit contact information, security settings, notification settings, family notification, insurance, and family access to information.

How to review and print your test and lab results?

  1. Select My Health from home menu to veiw test resutls, labs, health records, and medical forms.
