COVID-19 Update: Test Result Delays Update
This is an update to our previous announcement, COVID Test Result Delays.
From the end of July to beginning of August, there was an increase in test demand throughout the country. When demand increased, the national labs responded appropriately and our backlog has been cleared. We are proactively increasing testing capacity for processing outpatient COVID tests. We are no longer experiencing any significant delays.
We remain, as we always have been, prepared for a surge situation. We are prepared to support our community should there be an uptick in cases.
