Professional Development 2022

Professional Development Week is September 12-16, 2022.
Based on team member feedback from the 2021 engagement survey, “Growth and Development” was selected as one of four focus areas for organization-wide recovery planning. An advisory group of frontline team members and best-practice leaders were assembled to conduct root-case problem solving and develop meaningful recommendations to positively impact the team member and patient experience. One of the first deliverables stemming from their work is a week dedicated to highlighting ‘hot jobs’ in healthcare, a focus on resources that support professional development, and some good old-fashioned fun – The Augusta Health Way.
