My name is Michael Campbell and I have received a BS in Health & Exercise Science and a MS in Exercise Science. I also am an ACSM certified Personal Trainer as well as an ACE certified Health Coach. I enjoy getting to share my passion of health and fitness with others every day. Being active has always been something I could turn to for enjoyment, self-competitiveness, and stress relief and helping others find happiness in fitness is my goal each day. It is the most rewarding experience to help individuals reach their goals whether it is weight loss, improving on their next health check-up, getting up and down from the floor playing with kids or grandkids, or being able to walk the beach with their family on vacation and to see the happiness that brings them.
