Health Coaches help their clients with five pillars of lifestyle and behavioral change. By working on these areas, clients can reverse the effects of chronic illness and promote health and weight management.

Our Health Coaching package includes:
- Twelve-week program
- One-on-one consultations
- Help creating a health and wellness vision

For help on that journey, I have partnered with Health Coach Sarah Martin. I have three main goals: to reach and maintain a healthy weight, to strengthen my back and core, and to maintain a heart-healthy lifestyle (I am a heart attack survivor).
Sarah has worked with me to design an exercise program that challenges me but is suitable for my age and health. She has guided me in implementing a healthy food plan that I can live with for the rest of my life. I have learned to eat all that I need, not necessarily all that I want. Most of all, Sarah is a constant source of encouragement and guidance. She never lets me believe that I cannot achieve my goals. She guides me in making good choices about diet and exercise. There’s nothing magic about what we do but I can fit into my skinny jeans and that feels pretty good!

My name is Sarah Martin, and my area of focus is lifestyle and preventative health, stress management, sleep improvement, movement, and nutritional coaching.
My goal is to empower individuals to adapt to a lifestyle of health and optimal wellness before, during, and after life-changing events. I support individuals in making a lifelong commitment to better health with healthy eating and physical activity through effective education and behavioral change. I believe every person can create the change needed to live the life they love with greater fulfillment. I am excited to be your accountability partner through the program.

My name is Michael Campbell and I received a BS in Health & Exercise Science and a MS in Exercise Science. I also am an ACSM-certified Personal Trainer as well as an ACE-certified Health Coach. I enjoy getting to share my passion of health and fitness with others every day. Being active has always been something I could turn to for enjoyment, self-competitiveness, and stress relief, and helping others find happiness in fitness is my goal each day. It is the most rewarding experience to help individuals reach their goals whether it is weight loss, improving on their next health check-up, getting up and down from the floor playing with their kids or grandkids, or being able to walk the beach with their family on vacation and to see the happiness that brings them.
