Thanks from a family member:
Several weeks ago, my 95-year-old father and I went to the Goose Creek to have routine blood work done. I find the Goose Creek Lab to be inviting and professional. I felt that we were in a place that was welcoming. In particular, I would like to cite the office staff; Fran Griffin, Sandy Johnson, Kent Parker and Robin Wade, for being friendly, efficient and compassionate in dealing with my father. I'm sure that in their day to day interaction with many patients, they become weary with people who don't hear well, but they were so patient with him... and I really appreciated their concern and care. In addition, the two women who did the blood work were wonderful. Stacy Davis and Heather Bower did an excellent job. Sometimes with older people these things do not go well, but that was not the case at Goose Creek. They treated my father and me with the utmost respect and compassion. Having been an educator all my life, I know how important it is to let people know when they have done things beyond the call of duty. I commended all these people, but I would appreciate it if you would also extend to them my sincere thanks for a job well done!
