I graduated in 2018, started working as a general resident in 2019 for two years, followed by 6 months of rural outpatient clinic, and then followed by a year of preliminary internal medicine. I moved to the U.S. in early 2023 to pursue MPH and prepare for residency.

What is your area of clinical interest?
I am interested in pursuing a career in general internal medicine with a focus on the inpatient setting. At the same time, I have a particular interest in cardiology. While I remain open to the possibility of fellowship training, my priority at this stage is to build a strong foundation in internal medicine, gain broad clinical experience, and allow my interests to evolve as I progress through my residency journey.

What do you like about Virginia?
I have been living in VA for almost 3 years now, I can say I love the four seasons of the state. There is plenty of greenery and scenic roads that are absolutely breathtaking. Also, it is more affordable in general than other states.
