In the winter of 2017, Allegheny Mountain Institute (AMI) and Augusta Health came together with a shared vision for a Farm-to-Institution project that would bridge the gap between quality health care and access to nutritious, locally grown food.
Augusta Health is focused on enhancing the health of all individuals and families and strengthening the community we call home. Based on findings from the latest Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA), we create focused community initiatives that address the fourteen areas of greatest need identified in the assessment. These initiatives help ensure that we continue to promote the health and well-being of our community while serving our neighbors who need us most.View Report
