My clinical expertise is in Occupational Medicine, focusing on Fit-for-Duty and Return-to-Work evaluations, Medical Surveillance, and Worksite Hazard Analysis, while applying OSHA and DOT regulatory compliance for hospital employees, local industry, and firefighters.
Personal statement:

I practice medicine as a continuation of service—first as an Eagle Scout, then as a Navy officer, and now as a physician dedicated to protecting and restoring health. In occupational and preventive medicine, I focus on keeping people safe in their workplaces, advocating for healthier environments, and applying science with compassion so individuals and communities can thrive.
Fun fact:

As an officer on a Sub I got in trouble for staying at periscope depth too long so my sailors could watch more of the Super Bowl.
