Augusta Health reached two significant milestones for community vaccination this week: On Monday, March 1, the grand total of vaccination doses administered passed 25,000. Augusta Health reached a significant milestone for community vaccination on Friday, February 19 when grand total of vaccination doses administered passed 20,000. As of the end of the day on February 16, a grand total of 18,040 vaccinations had been administered by Augusta Health since the start of vaccinations in December. The Central Shenandoah Health District in partnership with the Virginia Department of Health will be upgrading their COVID-19 vaccine pre-registration system to provide a more unified and comprehensive process for Virginians. The new system will replace the previous CSHD REDCap survey link for local pre-registration systems beginning February 16.
