Patient Relations

Patients or their families may express a concern or complaint to any employee, physician, or volunteer, who should act as a patient advocate in referring the concern to the appropriate director for investigation and resolution.

To speak with someone about a concern:

  • Call the Patient Relations office at (540) 932-4742 or patientrelations [at]

  • The phone line is staffed Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30p.m.
  • During the evenings and weekends, calls are referred to the Nursing Supervisor by a voice mail message.
