    When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my husband, daughter, and goldendoodle. Hobbies are reading, spending time outdoors, and being at our cabin at SML.

    As an NP I am passionate about empowering individuals to take charge of their health. My goal as a provider is not only to treat illness but to be a partner in wellness—guiding patients through education, advocating for sustainable lifestyle changes, and supporting them with medical interventions when necessary. I believe that education is the cornerstone of effective healthcare. When patients are informed and supported, they make better choices, manage conditions more effectively, and ultimately lead healthier lives.
