Health Coaches help clients make positive lifestyle changes to benefit their overall health. Health Coaching is about more than diet and exercise – it is about motivational and emotional factors, including desires, goals, and preferences.

Health Coaches help their clients navigate the 5 pillars of Health & Lifestyle. In working through these pillars, clients can learn to manage their overall health and well-being. The five pillars are as follows:

  • Physical Activity
  • Sleep
  • Mental Health
  • Community & Relationship


  • 1- 45 minute session: $40
  • 4- 45 minute sessions: $155
  • 8- 45 minute sessions: $300
  • 12- 45 minute sessions: $435


“You know that advertisement with the woman who says she lost 81 pounds in 30 days with a magic pill? That’s not me. I’m the woman, advanced in years, trying to lose 20+ pounds in less than a year and developing habits that will help me stay healthy for life.

For help on that journey, I have partnered with Health Coach Sarah Martin. I have three main goals: to reach and maintain a healthy weight, to strengthen my back and core, and to maintain a heart-healthy lifestyle (I am a heart attack survivor).

Sarah has worked with me to design an exercise program that challenges me but is suitable for my age and health. She has guided me in implementing a healthy food plan that I can live with for the rest of my life. I have learned to eat all that I need, not necessarily all that I want. Most of all, Sarah is a constant source of encouragement and guidance. She never lets me believe that I cannot achieve my goals. She guides me in making good choices about diet and exercise. There’s nothing magic about what we do but I can fit into my skinny jeans and that feels pretty good!

Hi, I’m Lindy Higgins. I have worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant in inpatient and outpatient settings before finding my passion in a career as a Health Coach and Fitness Instructor. 

I love bringing awareness back into our bodies through how we feed ourselves on and off the plate. My goal is to empower my clients to regain control of their habits and make lasting changes as they grow in their health journey. You have all the answers you need already inside of you, now is the time to act toward your desired health goals.

Sharon Spalding

Hi! My name is Sharon Spalding and assisting you in improving your wellness is my goal. I will be here to guide you on your change journey whether it’s for nutrition, smoking cessation, increased activity, or making health changes after a medical diagnosis or event. You have the desire and path already inside you to make these changes and I look forward to being your guide on your wellness journey.
