Areas of Focus: Cancer survivors and other medical conditions, military physical training, 5k to marathon training, women’s fitness and conditioning
Fun Fact: I have played on a competitive volleyball team continuously since 1975.

Fun Fact: I have been to Haiti three times, and on one of my trips I was able to go to an orphanage and teach the boys who lived there how to play volleyball.

Fun Fact: My passion for fitness was sparked after being picked on for being a chubby kid; from there it helped shape me into the fitness loving, kind, and hardworking athlete I am today. My sports career, however, had to end because of four concussions, but I am still here helping coach people to meet their goals and develop a passion to become healthier.

Karen Lucas
