Our sports performance programming follows the Long-Term Athletic Development Model (LTAD), utilized by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. This is a framework that guides participation, training, competition, and recovery in sport and physical activity through all ages.

- Pre-season, in-season, and off-season training is available

Hi, I’m Lindy Higgins. I have worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant in inpatient and outpatient settings before finding my passion in a career as a Health Coach and Fitness Instructor.
I love bringing awareness back into our bodies through how we feed ourselves on and off the plate. My goal is to empower my clients to regain control of their habits and make lasting changes as they grow in their health journey.
