When the Fitness Center temporarily closed, it didn't take long before I realized I missed working out with my personal trainer. Turns out it was really easy to switch over to virtual workouts, and I was so excited about the online option that I convinced my husband and our sons to join up too. Of the four of us, half had never worked out with a personal trainer before, but with excellent and clear instructions, we've had no trouble learning new routines. Now we enjoy sharing notes on our workouts and cheer each other's progress.

Working out online saves commute time and gas. There are no worries about spreading germs. If you move away or go on vacation, you can keep up with your personal trainer. Having some basic equipment at home (which your personal trainer will help you select), means you have familiar, clean gear always available to do workouts on your own. Your personal trainer will teach you how to exercise safely and effectively. The workouts change every time, so there's always something interesting to keep you challenged and engaged. I heartily recommend it!
