Fun Fact: My passion for fitness was sparked after being picked on for being a chubby kid; from there it helped shape me into the fitness loving, kind, and hardworking athlete I am today. My sports career, however, had to end because of four concussions, but I am still here helping coach people to meet their goals and develop a passion to become healthier.

Molly Daniels is the very first personal trainer I've ever had! We met when I told Augusta Health Fitness that I wanted to try to walk, breathe, etc. better – I am 76! We've had half a dozen sessions together and Molly is always organized and has a specific plan worked out for me for each session. I have miles to go but am continuing!
