Personal Training

Beginning May 18th Members can meet with personal trainers for outdoor only sessions. Please reach out to your current trainer to schedule your session. If you need to purchase sessions, please call the front desk to purchase your package. If you are new to training, please contact Sarah Martin at smartin [at] to be paired with trainer for outdoor sessions. If you would like to schedule virtual/skype sessions, please contact Brian Lacy at blacy [at] Your trainer will let you know the rules for your session.

What are your fitness goals? Are you having difficulty achieving results on your own? Our certified personal trainers will design an individual, customized exercise program to help improve your cardiovascular health, muscular strength, flexibility, posture, and coordination. Short on time? We also offer personal training sessions in half-hour packages to ensure you can squeeze in a workout during your busy day.
