Why did you choose your specialty area?
I have always been drawn to a career in general medicine because I think it is so essential to have good generalists working to help their patients maintain wellness. I also very much enjoy having long term relationships with my patients and helping them navigate life's challenges.

How do you spend your spare time?
My daughters, Sophia and Rachael, keep me very busy. We also have a Golden Retriever/Poodle puppy named Shoshi. We spend a lot of time outdoors hiking, swimming, and working and playing in our yard. I love cooking for family and friends. Music is also a big part of our lives.
