Dietician Tip

Remoulade pairs well with seafood. You can add citrus (as in this recipe), chipotle peppers, dill, capers, Old Bay Seasoning or other spices to create different flavors.

To make this plant based, use vegan mayonnaise instead of light mayonnaise.

Directions

In a small mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients until evenly incorporated. Serve immediately. Refrigerate any leftovers.

  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • Pinch of salt
