Sports Performance Training

Our sports performance programming follows the Long-Term Athletic Development Model (LTAD), utilized by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. This is a framework that guides participation, training, competition, and recovery in sport and physical activity through all ages.

  • All sports performance packages include a sports performance assessment
  • Pre-season, in-season, and off-season training is available
  • Designed to increase speed, strength, power, and prevent injuries
  • Private and semi-private sessions are available

Fun Fact: I have been to Haiti three times, and on one of my trips I had the opportunity to go to an orphanage and teach the boys who lived there how to play volleyball.
