Aaron Lam

Aaron Lam, PT, DPT

Originally from Fishersville, Virginia, Aaron Lam now lives in Waynesboro and serves patients through Augusta Health. As a physical therapist specializing in orthopedics and sports rehabilitation, Aaron has a particular interest in ACL rehabilitation and helping patients build strength, resilience, and confidence.

Aaron takes a patient-centered approach, meeting people where they are while challenging them to become stronger and move better. He combines manual therapy, exercise prescription, and strength and conditioning principles to support patients ranging from older adults to competitive athletes.

Outside of work, Aaron enjoys hiking, canoeing, weightlifting, and competing in powerlifting. He and his wife also enjoy international travel, weekends at the lake, and renovating older homes in the area.
