Log into your personalized MyOffice Portal, and click the "Billing" tab to access all of your account information online, including any outstanding balances, payment history, and to view your billing statements.

Does Augusta Health have payment programs?

Yes, Augusta health will be glad to work with you to establish a suitable payment plan up to 12 months, interest-free, with a minimum payment of $50 per month.

If you require a longer payment plan, we have a program called the WE CARE™ Patient Payment Program with MedFinancial. This innovative program allows our customers to finance unexpected healthcare costs with a longer payment plan. With the WE CARE™ Patient Payment Program you have the choice to break your payments into affordable monthly installments spread over 12, 18, 24, 36, 48, or 60 months. The 18, 24, and 36 month options even offer ZERO PERCENT interest!

The WE CARE™ Patient Payment Program from MedFinancial Services provides an alternative to patients in financing out-of-pocket medical expenses that are not covered by insurance.

MD Save logoAugusta Health has partnered with MDsave to provide our community with another option to have access to affordable health care. MDsave offers an online resource for consumers to purchase health services at a reduced cost. MDsave is available to anyone looking to save money on his/her healthcare needs, excluding those who are eligible for Medicare, Medicaid, or any other state or federal health care programs, unless the service is one that the government payer will not cover. The consumer pays MDSave for the service and, upon payment, a voucher for the specific service/procedure will be issued to the consumer.
