Jennifer “Jen” Fontaine, MSPT

Originally from Northern Virginia, Jennifer “Jen” Fontaine is a physical therapist with Augusta Health Outpatient Physical Therapy who is passionate about helping patients regain strength, improve function, and return to the activities they enjoy most.

Jen specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation, with clinical interests in general orthopedics and developmental pediatrics. She takes a functional, patient-centered approach to care, designing treatment plans that help patients build strength, restore movement, and achieve their goals as efficiently and safely as possible.

Jen shares, “I focus on using functional interventions and strengthening patterns to get patients back to the things they love as quickly as possible.”

Outside of the clinic, Jen enjoys kayaking, gardening, reading, hiking, and cheering on UVA sports.
