Volunteer Application

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Augusta Health located in Fishersville, Virginia.

Please provide us with some basic information and we will then contact you to setup an interview.  You should receive a response within 2 working days.  If you do not receive a response, please call 540-332-4740.

To ensure a positive experience and safety of everyone, we require the following from all volunteers:

• Application
• Personal Interview
• Attendance at New Team Member Orientation
• TB Test, background check, health screening, and drug screening
• Flu Vaccination or Exemption September – April
• Wear volunteer identification and ID badge
• Follow hospital policies
• Must be at least 14 years old (parental/guardian consent is required for teens under the age of 18, along with a letter of recommendation from their school).
